Set up your team workspaces

There are two main things you need to do when setting up your workspaces:
  1. 1.
    Create a workspace per team.
  2. 2.
    Create and share an invite link with your colleagues.

Steps in detail

Step 1: Create a workspace per team.
Create a workspace using the + button
A workspace is a collection of boards for a team
Step 2: Invite colleagues.
  • To do this, go to People management in the Admin section (click on the company name in the bottom left).
  • Then click + invite people and generate an invite link.
  • Share the invite link with your colleagues.
Tip - Create a separate invite link for each workspace. Tip - Use the time expiry and domain address fields for added security.
People with the Admin role can access the company settings

Don't forget to make people Admins if they also need to invite other people!

Step 3: Create a board
You can now create boards inside the workspaces. Everyone inside a workspace has access to its boards.
