💬Mentions

Mentions are a great way to directly message a member of your team when you want their input or to make them aware of specific comments or content on your boards.

Please Note: If you don't see these updates in your dashboard yet, this is because your team needs to be transitioned to the new version, which is in progress. Get in touch if you want to jump up the queue

Using Mentions

To mention someone, simply type @ and continue to type their name, or type @ and select Mention from the options that appear. You can mention multiple people in the same board element.

Creating a mention will notify your team mate in the Notifications menu and share a link directly to the object you mentioned them on.

Mentions are supported in:

• Sticky notes

• Index cards

• Task cards

• Roadmap cards

• Text blocks

• Comments
